End of Season

I can't believe 2023 is almost here! The last few years have flown by. This year was a year of getting back into the rhythm of things. Between the shows, our kids schedules, the store, and needing time to relax it was a busy season. But I realized this year how much I actually LOVE doing the shows. I guess when something is taken away from you, you learn how much it's a part of you.

God has blessed us greatly, not talking about material things even though we don't lack, but with knowing what our mission is in life. During the 'time off' even though it wasn't our doing, it gave us the time to refocus and appreciate what we have. God also gave us a new outlet that is it's own challenge in itself. This year was so much easier because I have a new 'employee'. She became my good friend over the last 2 years and this fall started helping me out at the store. She was a God sent. It was getting too hard to be in 2 places at once. I love working at the store and the shows but can't do both. It's a good feeling to be able to trust someone with what I would say 'my life'. She not only takes on the store but takes care of my kitties when we're gone LOL and I know everything is in good hands!

The store has brought me joy over the last 2 years. It's funny because I start to wonder how I'm going to fill the store with products. I have a ton of my own things but it is nice to have other things too. Now when I look around, I think I need more room! God has provided people when I need them and it actually hasn't been very hard to fill! He brings people to me!

Now is the time, we take a break and work when we want to. This is the first year in awhile that I'm so excited to take new pictures! I think the last few years, I was trying to figure out how we were going to make it and didn't relax enough to have the quiet, creative moments come to me. I will be starting on new things in the next week and can't wait! Looking forward to seeing everyone in 2023.

God Bless!
