I had heard a lot about Fire Cider. I had never tried it so when I came across Finger Lakes Harvest Fire Cider I had to try it. I now take it every morning. It has all of the good stuff in it. I put a capful into a shot glass and fill it up with water. For me, it's easy to take that way. It's strong but with water it's not bad. I now look forward to taking it!
