Subtle Verse

I say this picture is my story.  Before this time, I had always wanted to be a photographer.  I have been taking pictures my whole life but it wasn't until this set of pictures that I realized these were 'good'!  My husband made me go on a trip to Tucson, AZ.  I didn't want to go at all!  I tried to get out of it but couldn't.  I hate to fly and that was one reason why I didn't want to go.  Anyway, I got on the plane and met him out there.  He was already there for his job....

I took this picture several years ago.  We were on our way to St. Augustine, FL.  We were about 4 hours away from Savannah, GA.  As we were driving, of course, I'm always thinking about pictures and I wanted to stop in Savannah and get a few door pictures.  For some reason, I LOVE doors.  Anyway, we decided to go to Savannah.  We get there and I can't get to any of the doors!  They are all on the second story due to flooding.  As I'm thinking that we just drove 4 hours out of our way for nothing, I...

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter.  It was a different Easter for us since we didn't go anywhere but it was nice.  We watched church, ate good food, played a few games, and watched a movie, "A Case for Christ".  That is one of my favorite movies and I'm glad we got to watch it as a family.  I highly recommend it. My daughter and I have been going for daily walks, sometimes two!  I will miss those when this is over.  I'm glad I'm getting to be able to spend more time with her before she goes off...
